Rebecca A. Jackson
Rebecca Jackson is a dynamic consultant with more than 25 years of experience in business and government. As the founder of True North Performance Group, LLC, she helps organizations achieve exceptional results through strategic planning, performance management, and leadership development.
She specializes in collaborative governance and High-Performance Organization (HPO) frameworks and is the creator of Leading True North: The Six Pillars of High Performance, a model and workshop series that strengthens leadership clarity, strategic focus, accountability, innovation, employee engagement, and collaboration. Through this framework, Rebecca guides organizations on their high-performance journey by aligning people, strategy, and systems toward a unified True North.
As a certified True Tilt practitioner, Rebecca integrates True Tilt Personality Profile insights into her leadership programs, helping leaders improve communication, trust, and team dynamics with a science-backed, strengths-based approach.
Rebecca also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina’s Center for Public Leadership and Governance. A sought-after facilitator and educator, she is known for building consensus in complex environments and inspiring organizations to reach their full potential.
Her methods have earned national recognition. In 2017, her leadership contributed to the City of Fayetteville receiving top honors from Governing Magazine for excellence in strategic planning and performance management, along with five consecutive ICMA performance excellence awards. As Fayetteville’s former Chief of Staff and Chief Performance Officer, she oversaw strategic planning, corporate communications, community engagement, and intergovernmental affairs, earning accolades for innovation and results-driven leadership.
